The successful candidate will be working on our Mentoring services across Tyne and Wear and play a key role in our enterprise. You will inspire positive change in your customers and strive to empower individuals to reveal the right journey for them. Our service is unique in the sense that no two customers will have the same journey.
As a Senior Mentor you will be responsible for supporting the Mentoring team to deliver an excellent and efficient service, meeting quality standards and exceeding customer expectations. Alongside supporting a caseload of customers, you will coach and train the team, manage workloads and act as a subject matter expert assisting colleagues and customers. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager to achieve all associated targets and objectives while building and maintaining relationships across the service.
You will be confident in using a CRM system to manage customer relationships efficiently in addition to being proficient with Microsoft 365.
