Salary £25,664 + excellent benefits

The successful candidate will be working to support those economically inactive with multiple barriers to work within the 18-24 age group and will play a key role in our enterprise. You will inspire positive change in your customers and strive to empower individuals to reveal the right journey into employment for them. Our service is unique in the sense that no two customers will have the same journey.
As a Mentor you will take ownership of your own caseload of customers, building a trusting relationship providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals through multiple channels.
As a member of the mentoring team, you will have the ability to find innovative ways to engage and support your customers, to help identify and find informed solutions to your customer needs. You will be confident in using a CRM system to manage customer relationships efficiently in addition to being proficient in using Microsoft 365.
