Salary £25,664 + excellent benefits
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)

Are you a passionate person who aspires to build positive relationships, inspire positive change, and make a real difference in lifting people out of poverty?
The successful candidate will be working on our Relational Mentoring service across Tyne and Wear and play a key role in our enterprise.
As a Partnership Executive, you will engage with and develop a network of contacts ranging from Key Stakeholders to local community services, building relationships to build a strong pipeline of referrals to our Relational Mentoring Services across the Sunderland City Council area.
You will have the ability to engage and influence external organisations, communicate with passion and kindness and be able to support our mentoring team to deliver on operational objectives supporting those residents that encounter barriers to employment.
Being able to work collaboratively across multiple streams is a must for this role and it is critical you can promote a service and be an exemplary ambassador for the Wise Group.
You will also be effective with the use of technology and key software packages such as CRM systems and MS 365.
