Position People & Culture Executive
Location Remote First - principally home based with some travel to our hub offices. The successful candidate should live within commuting distance of our Glasgow hub.
Salary £25,000 + excellent benefits
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)
Status Permanent

As part of our refreshed approach to People and Culture at the Wise Group, we’re excited to be recruiting a People and Culture Executive - a key role in delivering exceptional support to our colleagues and team.
We’re looking for someone who shares our values and brings brilliant attention to detail, a warm and friendly manner, and a passion for supporting others. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth and effective administration across the People and Culture team, playing a vital part in how we support our colleagues across the enterprise.
You’ll be the first point of contact for people-related queries, helping to create positive experiences for all our colleagues. You’ll also be involved in some case management and supporting people managers with advice and guidance, always with a focus on kindness and doing the right thing.
Your work will include managing payroll checks, supporting our systems, and helping us continuously improve how we work. If you’re organised, people-focused, and keen to make a real difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
