Location Flexible working - Travel within the Sunderland and South Tyneside areas with some home working
Salary £25,664 + excellent benefits
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)
Status Fixed term to 31 March 2026

As a Partnership Executive, you will take responsibility for establishing and maintaining relationships across South Tyneside and Sunderland with a wide range of partner organisations to raise awareness and develop effective referral mechanisms.
You will take ownership for engaging partners and stakeholders by delivering presentations, workshops, training, events and attendance at forums and networking events, as well as seeking opportunities for continued community engagement with a regular presence at customer facing events across the South Tyneside and Sunderland area.
As a Partnership Executive, you will also be collaborating as part of our Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT) to identify opportunities to promote the service effectively, as well as working closely with the operations team to ensure that effective internal communication is maintained and service levels for partner referrals are achieved.
We are seeking Individuals with the ability to demonstrate the competencies and responsibilities that are required of this role. You must have effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective reporting and customer service.
