Location Flexible working – mixed between working in the community, in our hub in Sunderland and home based.
Salary £25,664 + excellent benefits
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)
Status Fixed Term to 31 March 2025

The successful candidate will be working on our Relational Mentoring service and play a key role in our enterprise. You will inspire positive change in your customers and strive to empower individuals to reveal the right journey for them. Our service is unique in the sense that no two customers will have the same journey.
As a Mentor you will take ownership of your own caseload of customers, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals through multiple channels and tailoring appropriate and creative interventions.
You will have the ability to find innovative ways to engage and support your customers, to help identify and find informed solutions to your customer needs. You will also be effective with the use of technology and key software packages such as MS Office.
