Location Flexible working - principally home based with travel across the Greater Preston area.
Salary £25,664 + excellent benefits
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)
Status Fixed Term to 31 March 2026

The Wise Group is expanding our Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT) across the Greater Preston area. We’re looking for compassionate, practical people to mentor households out of fuel poverty—improving comfort, health and financial resilience.
As a Mentor, you will inspire positive change in customers’ lives by empowering individuals to find the right pathway, providing bespoke advice and tailored interventions, and building professional relationships with energy suppliers and other stakeholders to create sustainable, lasting change.
You’ll find innovative ways to engage customers, identify challenges, and co-design informed solutions. You should be confident using technology and key software packages to track progress and measure impact.
Knowledge of community and support services in North West of England would be advantageous.
Please note that for this role, you must achieve City and Guilds Level 3 by 1st of December 2025.
