Position Job Administrator
Location Flexible working - principally home based with some travel within the North East of England to hub locations as and when required
Salary £22,932 + excellent benefits
Hours 35 hours per week (flexible working)
Status Fixed term to 31 March 2027
Closing date 1 April 2025

We are looking for an outstanding individual who will play a key role working in our centralised Justice Admin Team. You will be the first point of contact for referrals from the Ministry of Justice, liaising accordingly with Probation and Mentors, keeping our information and databases up to date and accurate whilst supporting our Wise Group Justice Teams to increase our impact in our Justice work.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is a team player, IT literate, organised, pays attention to detail, has the ability to prioritise their workload and has good communication skills.
Experience of working in an administrative role and proficient in using Teams and Microsoft Office packages Excel, Word, Email is essential.
You will also posses great communication skills both externally and within the Team.
The post is also subject to the successful candidate passing Ministry of Justice, Enhanced Level 1 Vetting.
Home broadband connection is required to allow home working to be undertaken.
